OEM Data Feeds
Stream live data from JCB LiveLink directly into Hapn. Track the location, fuel levels, and working hours of your JCB assets alongside every other machine in your mixed fleet.
Overview
Hapn connects to JCB LiveLink over the ISO 15143-3 (AEMP 2.0) standard. LiveLink is fitted as standard on almost every JCB machine, so your JCB fleet is already generating this data — Hapn brings it into the same dashboard as everything else you run, including JCB's electric E-TECH machines.
Details
Over the standard feed, Hapn ingests:
- Location, engine status, distance, and maximum speed (today and last 24 hours).
- Total operating hours and idle hours.
- Fuel level, total fuel used, fuel used last 24 hours, and idle fuel burn.
- DEF tank level, DPF soot load, battery voltage, and fault codes.
- Electric machine data: battery charge, charging state, and energy consumed (total and last 24 hours).
That data powers Hapn's zones, alerts, maintenance, and utilization reporting — and flows onward into rental management platforms if you use one.
Data Info
API access is granted by the JCB LiveLink team — requested via the JCB Support Centre or your JCB dealer — and the Hapn team handles the connection from there. Data coverage varies by machine model and LiveLink generation; contact us to confirm coverage for your fleet.
