Hapn connects to PALFINGER CONNECTED over the ISO 15143-3 (AEMP 2.0) standard — a format PALFINGER supports natively through CONNECTED+. Your PALFINGER loader cranes and lifting equipment land in the same Hapn dashboard as the rest of your fleet.

Over the standard feed, Hapn ingests:
- Location and operating status for every connected unit.
- Total operating hours for utilization and service planning.
- Fault codes for machine health monitoring.
Inside Hapn, that drives zones, alerts, and utilization reporting alongside every other brand in your fleet.
Data Info
Access uses a token generated in the PALFINGER CONNECTED portal (plus a subscription key) — created from your own PALFINGER account — and the Hapn team handles the connection from there. Contact us to confirm coverage for your fleet.
